This one-year Executive PGDM Program is specifically designed for working executives and practicing managers, who are aspiring to become business leaders of tomorrow. This Program provides an excellent opportunity for professionals, with the potential to assume senior management responsibilities, without interrupting the current professional career.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation Degree with minimum of 50% marks
  • 3 years of work experience in managerial or administrative role
  • Letter of Recommendation from the Supervisor (to whom the executive reports to) / HR Department / Colleague with 5+ years of experience and MBA Degree or PGDM or Executive PGDM from reputed B-Schools in India or abroad

Admission Process

Stage 1
Online Application & Letter of Recommendation

Fill up online form and provide the official email ID, Name, Position and other contact details of Recommending Manager (Supervisor / HR Deptt./ Colleague with 5+ years of experience and MBA Degree, or PGDM, or Executive PGDM from reputed B-Schools in India or abroad

Stage 2
Virtual Collaboration Challenge & Virtual Interview

Shortlisted candidate is required to appear for Virtual Collaboration Challenge (VCC) and Virtual Interview (VI) as per the specified date and time given by XIMB-XU.

Stage 3
Admission Offer & Confirmation

Admission is offered to successful candidates, which is valid for 3 days only. Candidate is required to confirm acceptance of Admission Offer with upload of necessary documents as enlisted in the Admission Offer Letter.

Stage 4
Payment of Course Fees

On acceptance of Admission Offer with upload of necessary documents, Candidate would be intimated to pay 1st installment fees within 15 days from the date of admission offer.

Stage 5
Commencement of Program

Enrolled candidates join the course in August 2021 after payment of necessary fees

Program Fee

The Program Fee includes tuition fee, textbooks, cases, reading materials, lodging and boarding expenses for 6-days long Campus Connect program (exclusive of travel expenses which will be directly borne by the participants).

The Program Fee is payable in 4 installments as given below

  • 1st Installment of INR 97,350/- (Rupees ninety seven thousand three hundred and fifty) only after the receipt of Admission Offer.
  • 2nd Installment of INR 97,350/- (Rupees ninety seven thousand three hundred and fifty) only before the beginning of the 2nd Term
  • 3rd Installment of INR 97,350/- (Rupees ninety seven thousand three hundred and fifty) only before the beginning of the 3rd Term
  • 4th Installment of INR 97,350/- (Rupees ninety seven thousand three hundred and fifty) only before the beginning of the 4th Term

All payments must be made to the XIM University as indicated in the Admission Offer Letter.
