The Executive Program offered by XIM University through Virtual Interactive Learning platform is a Postgraduate Diploma Program in Management (Executive PGDM).

The candidate will provide the name and contact details (official email address and mobile number) of the recommending manager in the online application form.
After checking the candidate profile, an official email will be sent to the recommending manager in his/her official email address requesting them to fill up the online recommendation form.
The recommending manager has to complete the form within 7 days from the date of receipt of the email from Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University.

Yes, before filling up the online application form, you are required to keep the following ready :

After preliminary scrutiny of the Academic records, work experience and Letter of Recommendation, the eligible candidates will be informed about the date for Virtual Collaboration Challenge (VCC) and Virtual Interview in their email Id.
Candidate has to appear for the Virtual Collaboration Challenge (VCC) and Virtual Interview (VI) on the specified date, intimated to him/her through the registered email.
The maximum duration of the VCC will be 1 1/2 hours.
The virtual interview will be scheduled through Zoom and duration would be for 15 to 20 minutes.
The successful candidate is intimated with the result and other necessary information in the email provided.

One credit is equivalent to 10 hours of engagement
The course is provided through virtually interactive platform through 250+ live sessions spread over 340 hours through XIM Learning Management System (XLMS).
Offline credit includes tutorial videos, discussion forums and live projects. There are more than 200 tutorial videos, 50+ discussion forums, 17 live projects, and the suggested cases and readings.
The tutorial videos of 5 to 15 minutes duration will be published for the students and made available to them in a phased manner to achieve the learning objectives. Faculty members would integrate the tutorial videos before and/or after each session and link it to evaluation, as per requirement of the course.
Both online and offline learning materials are accessible through mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop through XIM Learning Management Systems (XLMS) as per the convenience of the participants.
The objective of the tutorial videos is to provide byte-sized learning experience for the participants. Participants can watch the tutorial videos during the week at their own convenience before attending the live sessions during the weekends.
They are required to complete the engagement quizzes and / or discussion forums / projects based on their learning from tutorial videos and live sessions.
Faculty will provide feedback on participants’ performance in engagement quizzes, discussion forums, live projects to enrich their learning.
With 17 Live Projects, 50+ Discussion Forums, the participants interact with others and get the opportunity to share their views, experience and learn from each other.
It is about 8 to 10 hours of commitment per week.
Faculty of Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University, will assess the learning of participants in the Executive PGDM Program using continuous assessment methods such as quizzes, assignments, discussion forums, live projects and end-term exams.
This is an integral part of the program where participants go through rigorous Capstone Simulations to integrate with the courses taught through the program with real world cases.
The campus connect program would also provide an opportunity to network with faculty of Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University, and other fellow participants of the Executive PGDM Program.
Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University will award Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Management to all successful graduates in the immediate next convocation program of the University.
On successful completion of the course, the participants will be given the status of alumnus of XIM University.
